WHY THIS SERVICE?

Australia is the world’s second driest continent.  Surface water supplies are limited.  Groundwater forms a major source of water for cities, towns, mining, industry, stock and irrigation.

In the last half-century, Australia’s reliance on groundwater has increased dramatically.  This trend is set to accelerate as the demand increases and the climate becomes drier.

Water is the most undervalued substance on Earth.

A SERVICE OFFERED FROM START TO FINISH

Our Experience

Groundwater supply is at the core of Rockwater’s business.  Since 1974, we have located and developed water supplies at all scales, ranging from pastoral stations, through large mines and industrial complexes, to the municipalities of Bunbury and Busselton.

Environments have varied from confined aquifers in deep sedimentary basins and ancient infilled valley systems, through unconfined aquifers in coastal sand and limestone, to fractured and weathered crystalline rock in the interior cratons.
